Nance is the soul of Yucatán. In this edition, we ferment it with pure Dzidzilché bee honey — one of the rarest and most aromatic honeys of the peninsula — and age it for a minimum of 12 months to craft a dry, elegant, and deeply expressive Melomel.
Time is our most important ingredient. Twelve months of patient aging allow the nance fruit and Dzidzilché honey to develop a complexity that cannot be rushed: fresh fruit notes, balanced with subtle tannins from fine spices, and a long, refined finish.
