Crafted in Yucatán, Mexico, CLASSIC is our signature artisan Metheglin Mead, made with premium Yucatán honey and patiently aged for a minimum of 12 months to develop a naturally smooth and elegant character.

Honey remains the heart of every sip, accompanied by delicate floral notes, soft vanilla, and a refined touch of warming spices that create remarkable depth while preserving balance and drinkability.

Every bottle is handcrafted in limited small batches, honoring one of the world's oldest fermented beverages while expressing the distinctive character of Yucatán.
